Common questions
Why only 10 companies?
We want to work deeply with a small cohort, not spread ourselves thin. Each founding partner gets direct access to our founding team, weekly calls, and Slack support. At 10 companies, we can maintain that level of attention. After the program, we'll increase to standard rates and scale.
What happens after the founding partner period ends?
You keep everything we built (code, models, infrastructure, IP). If you want ongoing support or Phase 2 features, we offer retainer agreements at standard rates. But there's no lock-in—you own the systems and can maintain them internally or with another partner.
Can we opt out of the case study?
Case study rights are part of the founding partner agreement (in exchange for 50% discount). However, you have full control: anonymous (metrics only, no company name) or attributed (with logo/name). You approve all content before publication. If your legal team has specific concerns, we can work with them on language.
What if we're not ready to start immediately?
We can reserve a spot for up to 30 days. After that, the spot opens to other applicants. If you're exploring but not ready to commit, apply anyway—we'll have a technical call to understand your timeline and see if we can accommodate.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes. We've worked with companies in Canada, UK, and Europe. Time zone differences are manageable (we adjust meeting times). Payment in USD via wire transfer or Stripe. Legal agreements can be adapted to your jurisdiction.
What if the 2-week prototype isn't what we expected?
You get a full refund, no questions asked. The prototype must be a functional intelligent system that demonstrates the core architecture. If it doesn't meet that bar, we refund 100%. This is our commitment to proving capability before scaling to production.
