Who we are
The site is operated by Agensphere, an AI systems engineering business run by its founders, Guna Sundar D. and Pavan Birlangi. Agensphere is not yet incorporated; these terms will be updated with the registered entity name once it is.

Using the site
You may use the site for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system;
- interfere with how the site works, including by overloading it;
- submit forms automatically, in bulk, or with false information;
- scrape or copy the site in a way that breaks these terms or harms the site;
- use the site to send anything unlawful, harmful or misleading.
The Journal and our content
The Journal shares how we think about and build AI systems. It is general information, not professional advice. It reflects our engineering views at the time of writing, which can change as the field moves. Before you rely on anything in it for a decision, check it against your own situation, and seek advice where you need it.
Code samples in the Journal are illustrative. You may use short code samples in your own work, without attribution, at your own risk: they are provided as is, without any warranty, and may need changes before they are fit for your use.
Everything else on the site, including the text of Journal entries, the design, graphics and layout, belongs to Agensphere. You may quote short passages with a link back to the original page. Please ask us before republishing larger parts.
Names and marks
"Agensphere", "KEEL", "June Labs" and our logos are names and marks we use for our business. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.
Open-source software
Some of our work, such as KEEL, is published as open-source software. Its use is governed by the licence in its repository, not by these terms.
Demos and research
Our demos show how our systems work. The KEEL demo replays runs recorded from the real engine; its numbers are from those recordings, not client results or production figures. Work described under June Labs is research, not a product, and is not offered for sale.
Sending us a system brief
Sending a system brief, or writing to us, does not create an engagement, a contract or a duty of confidentiality, and we may not be able to respond to every message. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. If we work together, we will agree confidentiality in writing first.
We handle the personal data in your brief as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our services
The Services pages describe how we work. They are for information and are not an offer. Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything on the site.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and services, such as GitHub, LinkedIn and the sites of our research arm. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, complete, current or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Agensphere is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time, and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
