Past the demo.
Most AI never gets past the demo. We build the systems that do: designed as one stack, measured in production and owned by the company that runs them.
How we got here, as a commit history.
Select an entry to read the note behind it.
Getting a model to answer well in a demo takes an afternoon. Getting the same system to answer well for every user, every day, with permissions, cost and failure handled, is engineering work most teams were not set up for. Agensphere started in that gap.
The pattern repeats across the industry: a pilot impresses, then stalls on data access, evaluation, cost or ownership. None of those are model problems. They are system problems, and they became the work we chose to specialise in.
The person who scopes a system should stay accountable for building it. So every engagement is led hands-on by a founder, the engineering team around them is shaped to the system, and there is no account layer in between.
KEEL (PW-01) is a durable execution engine for AI agents: every step recorded, every run replayable, every risky action held for approval. It is in build, and its public demo replays runs recorded from the real engine.
KEEL DEMO ↗Today we offer five engagements, from an audit to embedded engineering, publish our working notes in the Journal, and run June Labs, our research arm, on what comes after stateless models.

Six rules we build by.
- 01
You own what we build.
WHAT YOU NOTICEThe code, prompts, evaluation sets and infrastructure are yours from the first commit. Nothing stops working when we leave.
- 02
One stack, not a feature.
WHAT YOU NOTICEYou get a system designed end to end, not an AI widget attached to the side of your product.
- 03
Measured, not guessed.
WHAT YOU NOTICEEvery change comes with evidence that it made the system better, in terms you agreed up front.
- 04
Designed for the bad day.
WHAT YOU NOTICEWhen a model is wrong, slow or down, your product still does something sensible.
- 05
Permissions before intelligence.
WHAT YOU NOTICEThe system never shows anyone what they could not already see.
- 06
Fit the work that exists.
WHAT YOU NOTICEThe AI shows up inside the tools your team already uses, not in another tab.
Founder-led, by design.
A founder leads every engagement from the first call to production and stays in the code. The engineers around them are chosen for what your system needs, and you work with the people building it, not with a layer of account managers.
